SoftAid provides thorough product training designed to fit the specific needs of your organization.  We start with our standard Training Outline - a link to which is below - and modify the curriculum to focus on areas of particular importance to you.  The result is an effective training experience that takes the guesswork out of learning your new software package.

There are a variety of ways the course can be delivered: online, on-site or at SoftAid's corporate training center.

Online
Most of our packages include online training.  This is performed with one of our experienced trainers via modem dial-up or Internet connection.  Each training session lasts approximately two hours.  The topics covered can be found in the Training Outline.

On-Site
On-site training is available anywhere in the United States and should be discussed with your SoftAid representative prior to scheduling.  On-site training is usually broken into 2 or more visits to ensure optimal knowledge retention and proper software usage during and after implementation.  SoftAid will also follow up with online training to augment your on-site lessons.

SoftAid's Corporate Training Center
SoftAid encourages our customers to visit our facilities in Miami, FL for product training and some fun in the sun.  The training is typically spread over 2-3 days.  Most visitors arrange for a Wednesday start, which gets you out early Friday afternoon.  SoftAid will help to arrange your trip and stay.

Your Account Manager will help you coordinate your training sessions.  Training lead times can range from two days to two weeks.  Attendees who complete the entire course receive a Certification of Completion.
