  New Partner Kits

Our New Partner Kits provide you with everything you will need to quickly get started, including sample cover letters and software tutorials.  Each New Partner Kit includes:

  • The Medical Office: Enterprise Edition Demo Software and Manuals
    A fully-functional version of the software (without the Electronic Data Interchange module) is used to demonstrate the program to your healthcare prospects.  We recommend loading the program onto a laptop computer, enabling you to provide a high-quality demonstration at the customer's facility.
     
  • Marketing Material
    The kit includes a wide range of proven marketing materials, including information packages with presentation folders, demo CD-ROMs and product brochures; a copy of The Medical Office Suite tutorial manual; electronic data interchange (EDI) information flyers; a sample marketing plan; several sample marketing letters; and industry resource information, such as healthcare journals and Web sites.
     
  • Unique Cooperative Marketing Opportunities
    SoftAid has multiple cooperative marketing opportunities available.  Our unique Cooperative Marketing Services provides a turnkey lead generation system for our partners.  The services include direct mail, telemarketing, web hosting and design, and custom graphic design services.  Qualified partners can also participate in our Cooperative Marketing Fund, which allows them to receive a 5% credit towards SoftAid's Cooperative Marketing Services.  Finally, our Marketing Incentives Program - open to all partners - offers a 50% credit towards software purchases based on approved marketing expenditures.
