SoftAid Opens Satellite Office in Chicago

November 4, 2002 (Miami, FL) - SoftAid, Inc., a national healthcare technology company providing practice management and medical billing systems, announced today that it has opened a satellite office in Chicago, IL.  The location is the first to be opened outside of the company's headquarters in Miami, FL.  The office will be managed by Danay Nieves, a system trainer and project manager who has been with the company since early 2001.
