Managed Care Software Becomes Strategic Partner With Soft-Aid, Inc.February 25, 2004 (Miami, FL) – Managed Care Software ("MCS"), the wholly-owned subsidiary of Managed Care of America, Inc., has entered into a strategic partnership agreement with Soft-Aid, Inc., according to Cathy Donahue, Director of Marketing and Operations for MCS. The agreement was created to meet the needs of organizations that want to have a comprehensive scheduler to handle event triggers in workers compensation or utilization management cases.
